Hey everybody!
I do have lots of pictures to show you all today the first picture is of 2 new patterns that I got from a large craft store and they were heavily discounted! The one on top was 19p and the one underneath was 29p which from £1.99 is a really good deal I think any way!

This is the pattern that I am working from at the moment (which my progress of this pattern can be seen below). This isn't a very good photo but I hope that it shows its difficulty! the next step is another sleeve and the collar then the button band type thing. The picture show it in a blue colouration but I have used a colour called purple haze which I like mainly because purple is my favourite colour. The wool used is Sirdar YO YO and comes in massive 400g balls and you need only 2 balls to make this particular garment and only 1 to make most jumpers.

This picture is of the back of the garment which I completed first unfortunately the camera (or the operator of the camera), has cut off the bottom of it which is in a perfect 2x2 rib. The rest of the back is in stocking stitch.

This picture shows the first sleeve, the left and right front they all have the 2x2 rib followed by a stocking stitch body. I haven't blocked any of the pieces yet so they look slightly misshapen, (I don't know if that is the correct spelling), at the moment. I think this photo is a good representation of the colorway of the yarn and this is why I chose it, plus the fact that it is very soft wool and I think it would feel nice against my skin.

The last picture here is of some t-shirt yarn that I made here is the website that I used to show me how. I can recommend the technique used as you can see it was very successful. http://www.sustainlane.com/reviews/how-to-recycle-t-shirts-into-yarn/A48NT3FSZAANIR1HNU9TQPLH2C9O
For the yarn I used my mums old t-shirts and a couple of my dads I have no idea what to make with them my mum suggested a beach bag but I don't know I suppose they are quite beachy colours blue/ green / white. Any way what do you suggest?
